正常语序
Effigies were among the objects.
<Small terra-cotta> Effigies <省略that are> <left by supplicants who were either asking the goddess Bona Dea's aid in healing physical and mental ills or thanking her for such help> were among the objects <found in the excavated temple>

刚才到群里面讨论了一下，终于把这个结构搞懂了。
Effigies were among the objects ...是主系表结构，我之前都不知道这个结构也是主系表呢。表语是修饰主语用来说明主语性质的，这里among the objects 修饰Effigies。
