1.大龄有优势
2.或许有更快的发展路径。但是这个事情是因人而异的，因为如果你已经发展很好，有很不错的空间，那建议不要读MBA了，机会成本耗不起。

New MBAs in our China Consumer Leadership Development Program (CCLDP) enter a three-year multi-functional rotation program. 强生的consumer部门和OTC药物部门有时候参加。但是医疗器械和Pharma是主要的大头。医疗器械和OTC药物在上海。Pharma在北京。

The Accelerated Leadership Program (ALP) is a unique post-MBA rotational leadership program. Our executive team designed the program to transform passionate and ambitious MBA graduates into our future leaders.

Over the course of two years, ALP associates complete three 8-month rotations, where they will drive our core businesses and help lead Intel into multi-billion dollar growth segments, from retail technology to smartphones to consumer electronics.

回国项目的确是Sales and marketing比Finance多，不过反正你也不打算走这条路嘛。
