Queston for Johnfrank: Waitlist @ HBS Round 3，Any chance?

本来以为最后一轮没有什么希望，不想却给了一个interview. 之后有点期待，居然给了个waitlist. 第三轮waitlist不知道会怎么操作，有希望么还是应该拿别的offer? 期待牛仁指点。

I got waitlisted on round 3. Do you know this round's wait listers have any priority over the previous two terms? Other general tips? Should I hold my breath or take other offers. Thanks

Hey there—thanks for the note. No, your Round 3 waitlist doesn’t have any preference above or below other applicants.  You will be judged on your application itself, not the timing of it.  Just be careful—there is a visa issue if you are based in China—you may have LOTS of trouble getting your visa in time, if you are going to get in off the waitlist in June or July etc…  And congrats on the unlikely success Round 3!
