如果实在要用to 改成essential items of military equipment to protect warriors against enemy arrows and spears.
不可以在to 和其所要修饰的词中间加逗号没有这样的表达加了就是非限制性

og解释说即使没逗号还是不可以，因为to 不能作为非限制性的介词短语修饰items。
我理解是to一般是修饰动词表动词发出的目的，而不能接在名字后表目的
