Many high school and university require students work projects in groups, and all the members get the same grade（mark）on the group.
When people commonly assumed that working with a group of students is no way to be a good choice of knowledgeable and want to get the higher grade than other members due to the numerous opinions, they were only partly right, as most graduates always realize their dream every time they intended to enjoy their own reading at a quite and clean bookshop.
In my perspective, the spirit of the group discussion, besides a process of collection, is that you give a close look at the bright eyes when you casually talk with the colleagues, and then you can see the genuineness---if wish, you sink in it.
The first thing a group member notices on joining in the discussion, the required discipline in many high school and university, is the naturally kind-hearted smile on the members’ face, but not the grades they will be gotten. Great discussion then turns to be one factor that matters as a unique experience that would never be gained when you work along. To say that personally experience by own study is a way better than people think is not to say that is perfect. Far from it. A chance for a nicer experience is to exchange suggestion and participate in a fantastic group.
When my friend Vivi gazed from the window of Pitcher&
iano, where she always spent her time with the discussion members, she can have a cup of coffee, chat with the team members after do some projects together recently. Actually, To most naked eyes, group working can not bear fall in love with someone in the crews but she is, quite literally, enjoying writing down the notes about her lover’s speech while flipping the investigative book recount the newest information from the other side of the earth. This wonderful conversation convinced her that group working means far more than gain higher grade than others.
Given the situation that you were her in such a huge special experience, you will then probably understand the conclusion I will make that the same grade is original from the same effort and happiness.
We must say from there: Dear group, thank you for giving our team members, the intelligence people in the world who are famed for their excellent behavior, the honor of a generally outstanding comments: cooperation. The comments, however, contained a very important misunderstanding that being cooperation does not mean ineffective and incomprehension, considering the nice gathering and the diversity of the judgment or fall in love.
