大伙帮忙给点意见

本人26，国内普通大学毕业。专业计算机，从事了四年的软件开发（通信，银行领域）。逐渐发现自己不是很适合这个专业，因为个人比较外向，喜欢交流，比较善于沟通和讨论，对经济一直比较感兴趣。所以决定转换这个专业，追求自己的爱好。但是目前比较困惑，No.1 应该选择学习什么能够更好的符合自己的爱好和将来的从业定位呢？
最近通过各位 CDer 的讨论，也发现也有不少人拥有同样的困惑。所以也希望大家能给些意见，可以给我和拥有同样困惑的 CDer 更多的意见。
当然，我本人比较倾向MBA,无论将来从事Financial Industry 的工作也好，还是将来从事做咨询也好。可以满足自己的爱好。
No.2 同时请问下关于IB, 感觉大家都很迷恋国外的IB,不知道是否真的就那么让人羡慕呢？No.3 还有就是由年龄的限制吗？
No.4 选择国外学习，在国内的金融机构工作，待遇个方面如何呢？

1. You don't have to decide now.  I recommend reading about different schools, talk to the students/staffs, and attend their information sessions. 

2. It's really up to the individual.  Again, talk to the people in that industry.  You can work at IB for your summer internship if you are unsure.

3. Not yet, at least not at 26.  It does require a lot of energy so I would recommend doing it sooner rather than later.

4. It depends.  Again, you can obstain reliable information by talk to people and request statistics from individual schools.

I do really thank you for the suggestions. I'm the person who has full of enthuseiasm for my job which is I do really want to doing. So, I've found out doing development job makes me lossing the skills of communicating with people.
As you metioned, I'd better talk with someone who went to the school of business before, then I can learn  what  is my target  and what is good for me. by the way, thank you again, if you have any suggestion for me, please tell me directly.
