请问一个short-term career goal问题：

我的背景是5.5年美国半导体业工程师，EE Master's，有两个短期目标选项：

1。毕业后直接回国做咨询，因为有语言优势，但是需要自己找工作。

2，毕业后在美国做咨询，没有语言优势，但是on-campus recruiting可以帮助。

我想请问，那一个更让adcom信服？

非常感谢，这个问题困扰我有一段时间了。

有希望被录取，但是ｓｃｈｏｌａｒｓｈｉｐ就难了．ｅｓｓａｙ注意tell your story, you will have to convince the admission office that you are the right fit for Vanderbilt. Why MBA, why Vanderbilt are very important questions.

If you like big cities, Nashville may not be a good choice for you. It is the capital of Tenneesee, it is not a small city but certainly can't compare with NY, Chicago, etc. The campus is very close to downtown.

You will need to convince yourself first what is best for you, then you are able to convince the admission office. Your reasoning for both does not sound strong. Try to figure out what you really want to do and convince yourself. Your uncertainty will be projected in the admission interview if you are not confident about your answers.
