Organizational behavior 选校list求建议求定位~

既然本科是金融，为什么不去名校再读一个一年制 Fin/Econ/Statistics呢，这样有希望申请到 Top FIN。是因为不喜欢数理吗。

我不懂 Management方向，不过找教职已经非常困难了，Research School 更是困难，一般除非是 Top Program 毕业。

I do not know much about Management, but you have a relatively surer chance only and only for one or two schools on your list, all belonging to Tier 4 or Tier 5 in our Placement Rankings.

An undergraduate degree from a US institution may be an advantage, but that depends. Also, Finance is hardly related to Management in any way. Do you have multiple courses in Management on your transcript? On top of that, as the least quantitative track, Management attracts candidates from diverse backgrounds and, in many cases, prefers those with practical experience, which you do not seem to have.
