Why can it insert "from the public" between "witthold" and "the identities"? Also in OG 258, it is OK to say "note as an example that somebody do something".
But, in OG 92, it is wrong to say "confronted at once so many changes". Also I met a SC, it is wrong to say "raised at its meeting the possiblity".
