Hi there,
Well, with your excellent GMAT score I think you can make a good case for yourself. It will be helpful if you also have a great STORY as to WHY you got such a low GPA, so you can convince them it was a one-time thing. Canadian schools are also a bit less competitive than US schools, and so you can expect more flexibility on their side regarding GPA. Finally, you should also apply to more schools to cover yourself, in case your GPA does present a problem.
