Rather than adopt an official code of ethics, therefore, we should instead conduct a publicity campaign that stresses the importance of protecting the environment and assisting charitable organizations. 这篇大意到底是什么。。对official code of ethics 不是很理解最后结尾说conduct a ....that stresses...是说要采取一个观影环境保护和做慈善的消极策略吗？
