Chicago's Resume

it seems that Chicago has special requirement for the Resume.don't quite get the message here. does it mean i should write another resume, or can i still use the traditional version by adding extra information as required? faint...... Chicago is so unique with everything!!!

this is just a common resume format. I am not sure what format you used before? if you are outside of US, you can get on hotjobs or yahoo to look for the template.
