Hey there—we do have one tip that we offer all our friends who are applying to Texas A&M.  The key is to pick a failure that highlights a true error that you have made.  Schools want you to show your maturity by proving that you can admit a big failure.  The place where most clients make their mistakes, is by picking failures that aren’t real failures… Pick a real failure for sure, don’t try to spin a “success” as a failure.  Hope this helps!
