Top 50 with GMAT cutoff at 680

I would like to ask for recommendations for the top 50 schools (PhD in accounting or business) with GMAT cutoff at 680 if possible. Assume that other parts of my application are a little bit about average.

I am from Hong Kong. I have a us bachelor in finance , gpa: 3.84 (it was a top 30 business school), and a master of acc, gpa: 3.85. I am an afiliate member of ACCA, I have some other professional certs.

Do you have some schools recommended with my GMAT 680?
