Katie说话真的让人听不清啊！她的声音又柔又平又小，所以我不停的让她重复问题。不过她真的很耐心，总是换着法的说明。应该注意的是让她重复问问题的时候要把听懂的部分告诉她，她才能更有针对性，也清楚你听懂了哪部分。
闲话少说，先来这次的面经（无顺序）：

我面了40分钟 ，最后就是纯聊天了，厄……

回馈CD，为了准备面试，我把过去5年的面经都准备出来了，一共写了14页的草稿。多亏了准备工作多，她问的问题我都准备过，才能比较镇定。
为了方便大家，我把所有问题都分类放到这里，希望对大家有用。

• 对你最重要的人，对你的career goal 影响重大的事情或人

关于学校：

• why this program;你认为这个program最吸引你的地方？就是说fisher能给你带来些什么；
  
• what change do you expect when you study in the school
  
• other programs you applied
  
• 什么时候决定读master；when did you decide to pursue a master's degree in HRM?; why this time
  
• favorite courses。我说了两门。然后她就接着问基于你说的喜欢的这两门课，Fisher College能给你什么帮助。
  
• What challenges expected after arriving in the US and starting the program
  

关于leadership:

• leader in your team did sth. Wrong/当你觉得你的领导做的不对时,并且他的决定经常没有效率时,你会怎么做
  
• 领导风格; 经历过的领导方式，professor也可以; 我的Leadership 方式
  
• leadership 经历; your leader experience; Have you ever been a team member? 我回答经常参加活动和讨论，并且是leader。她就接着要我给个example; an example of success in a team
  
• balance leadership and membership; 能说一下你的leadership和membership如何结合起来吗
  
• 想当leader吗？，member or leader
  
• what is the ideal relationship between a manager and subordinates
  
• 对十分不想有必须做的task作为一个leader怎么处理

团队：

• 团队中有人只喜欢单独工作你怎么办

个人经历：

• describe your passion for sth.可能跟我的essay选题有关系，但是leadership的是个名词，我选的是empathy和endurance，没选passion，所以就让我答了
  
• INTERNSHIP；到目前为止的acomplishment；your work experience
  
• Questions regarding my PS：The cause/ relationship between my activities and my choice of HR
  
• 为了长期利益牺牲短期利益的经历
  
• 一件事情过程比结果更重要
  

个人研究：

• cheerist experience; Cheeriest achievement
  
• research resources;在做研究时你主要运用的资源
  
• 你做过很多research，能说一下你的research吗？然后katie让我大概从HR方面提一下自己的research能力
  
• 你做的research里面，你收获了什么呢
  

非常规问题：

• 平时怎样HANDLE PRESSURE IN SCHOOL
