补作业: 3月13号USA机经

机考没啥好怕的, 除了听力, 其他的都比笔考要简单, 主要是时间充足. 我以前考过G和T, 这次只花了5天时间准备T: 1天词汇, 2天听力PP, 1天赖水信高分语法, 1天作文.


03/13: 题型: 49-20-44, 成绩: 26, 12-29, 28; 220-277


听力: 一篇是讲美国的水坝, 前人有机经.     还有一篇是关于business partnership, 我记得好象可分为standard和limited两类, 也有机经.     另外有一篇实在想不起来, 我记得屏幕上显示一个单词是: gephapy(估计拼错), 内容实在想不起来了.    还有一篇很长, 我听懂了, 可做题目的时候有写分不清了. 考的时候倒也没往机经上去想.


阅读: 有一篇是关于theater play 的兴衰, 还记得有一篇是讲人际交往的personal space,    根据两个人关系的密切程度分为5种, 另外还和人种有关: 南美人的personal space比较小. 还有一篇是关于造大船的, 有一题是在几年中共造了几艘大船, 应该是共6艘. 阅读的词汇很简单, 时间很充足, 我是算着平均每篇16分钟来掌握时间的.

作文我也是用摸板的, 这儿贴上我经过修改的摸板:


There are some people who believe that the 21th cnetury will bring us a lot of pullution while others believe that the development of science will bring us many benefits which will upgrade our lives. If I were to asked about this issue, I would certainly choose the latter.


There is no greater issue of today's time than that of hte computer and internet sciences. In today's time, form any place in the world, a person can check his email online, which cannot be said of hte traditional mail-box. A person can perform online banking, bill paying, shopping and even have business conferences all without ever havign to leave the comfort of their own home. Today, throught the internet, a person can even konw what is happening from all over the world without the necessity of newspaper. Research on various topics and subjects can also be donw through the internet. There are compelling examples to show that the computer and internet seicences are at the forefront beneficial development.


Medical science is another hot topic of today. There is no better illustration that can demonstrate this view, as with the development of modern medicines. Through these medicines, many illnesses can be treated which enhance the lives of many people.


Supeiror as science is giving us a better lifestyle, it also has some drawbacks. These are seen as: pollution, drug abuse, radiation and much more. Nevertheless, the merits of science gives us so much more that it overrides the disadvantages.


To summairze, given    the reasons as discussed above, we can safely arrive at the conclusion that the 21th century brings us an advanced sciences which has improved our lives.
