"“Please submit an essay of no more than 300 words that encompasses the following: o Discuss the choices that have led you to your current career path and position o Express your career goals and how the ILLINOIS MSF will help you to achieve these goals o Indicate your desired position upon completion of the ILLINOIS MSF program Your essay can be sent or emailed to the MSF office at the address below. " 看了这段文字， 感觉confusing: 1. online application system 本来就有additional upload function for specific questions of applied program 那么对于"Once your application has been submitted and you have received a login/password to track the status of your application, you may upload your written statement directly to the University from the status page.“ 应该怎么理解呢？ 我到底应该网上submit 之前upload essay 还是网上submit 之后upload written statement? 2. essay of no more than 300 words that encompasses the following: （见上面引用的文字） 不到300字， 严重怀疑能否阐述好其要求address 的那么多points, 请教各位XDJM, 这篇 essay 应该怎么写呢？ 就300字， 要说那么多内容， 是不是要惜墨如金阿， 或者我可不可以不理字数限制， 该写多少写多少呢？ 3. 而且该program 还要求 International Applicants must complete the Declaration and Certification of Finances in the Downloadable Forms section, even if you are applying for financial aid. Provide I20/DS2019 Request form 想请问一下过来人， 这两份表格是不是在递交supplemental application package in hardcopy 时，也一定要寄过去， 还是可以在收到addmission 之后在mail? 恳请各位XDJM帮帮忙啊， 比较急。 在这里先谢谢大家了！
