Commitment Fee 到底是干嘛的？可以交了钱不去么？

本人15美本应届申请HR master，申请 UIUC/Penn State/双城/GSU/Utach State/田纳西
1.20号左右的时候收到了Georgia State的Flexible MBA in Human Resources Management 的offer。。。要交 250$刀的Commitment Fee。。。
现在一个月快到了。。。要做决定了。可是其他学校offer 2月1号才刚刚开始看啊。。。虽然Georgia State听上去不错可是还想等其他学校的结果。如果到时候交了Commitment Fee可以不去么？会怎么样啊？
各位大神求解！

T waive； G630； 500强 HR Intern 2个。
本科国内三本HR；美国某南部Regional University HR双学位。

Hi there. Happy to help you out here. First off, congratulations on getting that admit! I know you're still waiting on some other schools, but your first admit is a BIG deal, and I hope you're celebrating

As for your question, the school is basically asking you to put down a deposit saying that you'll go there. If you decide not to go, that's OK. You can just tell them that later. But you will not get your money back. So I'd recommend putting down the $250. That way, if you DO ultimately decide to go there, you've saved your spot and you have nothing to worry about. And if you get in somewhere else and you'd rather go to that school, well, you lost $250. But it's such a small amount of money, and it's definitely worth it for the peace of mind. Good luck with those other schools!!

可以不去但是不好。

会损失钱，同时可能导致以后学校对中国申请人印象不好。
