上周末接到Syracuse MSF的offer，小奖7500刀

这是今年收到的第一个offer，好歹有个保底了。。其他还申了好多，有的面了试，不过目前还木有结果。
Shannon一开始发邮件让我给她发资金证明，但是我application里已经有了，于是后来就直接给我发了congrats的邮件：
Congratulations! It is my pleasure to inform you that you have been awarded a Whitman merit-based scholarship. The award amount has been posted to your VIP pages.

The award letter will be enclosed in your offer packet. To accept the award you must return a signed copy by the due date written on the letter.

接下来她又给我发了封邮件（设了回复可见哈~！）

As we wait for your I20 paperwork to be processed please email me your
    complete mailing address along with the telephone number associated with the address.

    If the address you listed on your application is current then you do not need to reply to
    this email. All offer packets will be sent to the "Present Mailing Address" listed on your application
    unless I am otherwise notified.

    You will receive an email from me containing the shipper's tracking number when your offer
    packet is mailed.

那她的意思就是会把offer记过来，然后上面才写着交留位费的最后时间吗？另外 To accept the award you must return a signed copy by the due date written on the letter.  是说要手签然后给学校寄回去吗？

求助万能的CD，有没有同学跟我一样的？我听说如果包裹在截止日期到了才寄到的情况也是有的，这个怎么破？求小伙伴指教
