Purdue发了推荐录取。请问这个是录取吗？

今天下午收到的

Welcome to Purdue University! It is my pleasure to inform you that you have been recommended for admission to the MSHRM program at the Krannert School of Management for the upcoming academic year. This recommendation is based on your academic and professional performance coupled with our belief in your leadership potential, interpersonal skills and managerial abilities.

Please note your official admissions offer will come from the Dean of the Graduate School upon final verification of your academic credentials and application documents. You should receive an email within the next 30 days along with instructions for obtaining your official admissions documentation. Once you receive this email communication, you can secure your place in the MSHRM program by paying your $750 deposit online. Notifying us of your intentions by April 15, 2014 guarantees your seat in the upcoming class.  For more information, see the attached flyer titled “Next Steps to Success at Purdue”

说是推荐录取，请问这个到最后会不会不录取了？好忐忑。。

口碑的确不错...但是口碑对商科来说不是什么非常重要的，当然了，要是超级牛校那口碑还有点分量。
