收到interview request，请教如何准备

今天收到了正式的interview request from Purdue, 本周四面试MBA, 面试官Brain。
请教各位如何准备，看看面试问题吗？有人了解和Brain先生面试的关键点吗？

Most of the common questions will be like "Why MBA" "Why Purdue" "Tell me about yourself" "what's your greatest achievement/ failure" "Your goals" "Why USA"

And then maybe some personal questions "your hobbies" "Favorite XXX"

Also there might be some weird questions, just answer them as good as you can and don't show that you get punched by surprise.
