这题中的A,B选项，OG的解释是：A    To Josephine Baker... her is redundant and awkward; the subject of the first main clause is Paris rather than Baker.
                                               B     For Josephine Baker... her is redundant and awkward; putting two introductory elements together before the main clause is awkward.
我对OG解释的理解是，这里的her指JB's，A选项可以改写成：To Josephine Baker, Paris was Josephine Baker's home...这就是明显的redundant.
我的问题是，选项C,D中Josephine Baker made Paris her home，这里的her有没有冗余？

其实，比正确句子更“不必要的”复杂和Awkward的，都叫redundant. 这里OG采用了斜体字代表整个前面的句子，所以说的是完整的句子redundant and awkward啦。

这种词，感受一下就好。不必较真。不管是redundant，还是awkward，大意都约等于not concise.

Correct:
Long before it was fashionable to be an expatriate, Josephine Baker made Paris her home, and she remained in France during the Second World War as a performer and an intelligence agent for the Resistance.

同意。所以redundant就是去掉了也不影响句意，A中没有her意思是完整的。我是这样理解redundant

改写一下，比较好容易A/B选项的redundant，Paris was her home To Josephine Baker/For Josephine Baker，显然应该为 her应该删掉；C,D选项中不存在该问题；

个人理解，这里的it was fashionable to be an expatriate 是it 引导的形式主语句子，如果一开始就来逻辑对应，将it 看成与paris的对应，那就错了，所以，A和E都杀掉，B中it暗指是JB，杀掉。
我就是第一个就杀掉了正确答案，将it看成应该和paris对应的逻辑关系，而忽视了句子的意思。
