Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?

It is good for students to find a part-time job during their vacation.

In recent days, there are more and more university students find a part-time job during their vacation. Some people might think it is not suitable for a student to find a job because they think students should focus on their study rather than get a job. And part-time jobs spend much of their time and make them feel tired when they come back to their school. However, I think this opinion is quite flawed.

First and foremost, university is the bridge that connect school and society. College students is no longer a simple student, they should prepare to go to work after they finish their study. And getting a part-time job is a perfect way for them to know the society. Moreover, as we all know, once we step into society we have to face all kinds of people. We should learn how to cooperate and communicate with others. For example, I have a friend that he don't search a part-time job when he is in the university. After he graduate, he find he has a very difficult time finding a job. Most of company reject him because they thought my friend never work and they worried that my friend can't get used to the new living condition.

Secondly, if a student don't go out to find a part-time job during vacation. They won't know how difficult the work is and they won't know the difficulty of making money. Through getting a part-time job, students can practice the knowledge they have learned in the university. What’s more, they will become mature in many aspects. I still remember my first year in the university, I think money is easy to obtain, it is very simple for me to get a high salary job after my graduation. However, after I got a part-time job in the bank. I changed my previous opinion, because in those days, I stood twelve hours a day and got only little money. After that, I start to save money and study harder in order to get good grades. As a result, it is good for college students to get a part- time job on their vacation.

All in all, in order to achieve success why don’t we encourage college students to get a part- time job in their vacation? We have already known much advantages of it. And I think that we students will learn a lot through getting a part-time job.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Nowadays it is easier to maintain good health than in the past.


In recent days, people always face such a question that are we more healthier than people in the past? Many people might give a positive answer because they think the development of technology and medical have made people much more easier to maintain health than people in the past. However, I think this conclusion is quite flawed. Because it is meaningless to say that the longer people live, the healthier they are.

First and foremost, people are facing much more pressure than ever before. We have to work day and night in order to earn a lot of money . Even on weekends, some people still have to work. As a result, they don't have time to do some sports and relax themselves. They under pressure everyday and even can't fall asleep in the night. That is the reason why more and more people become obesity. Therefore, it is much more difficult for people to maintain health.

Secondly, the city become more crowded and the air is not fresh any more. The street is full of people and we spend much time on our way to work or go home. I still remember that when I was young, the sky is always blue and the street is clean. Nevertheless, all the beautiful scene is no longer exist any more. We respire dirty air, we get exhausted everyday, we feel unhappy. In my opinion, all of those bad conditions make people harder to maintain health.

What's more, it is true that people today live longer than ever before. But live longer does not mean we are more healthier. Because the medical method has improved in the past years, it makes us to live longer even we have disease which would make us dead in the past. Last but not least, much of the people in recent days don't have a health diet. We go to bed late and get up late, we don't like to eat vegetables but are crazy about chips or coke. To make matters worse, we drink and smoke. Those habitats would make us weak and easier to get sick.

All in all, it is much more difficult for people to maintain health in nowadays. We should focus  mor on our health rather than work or study. We should force ourselves to exercise, sometimes go hiking in order to get fresh air. Although the medical science has developed a lot, we still have to concern our own health.

For successful development of a country, should a government focus its budget more on very young children education than on universities?

Currently, government always place more budget on universities than on very young children. Some people might think it is logical for government to make such decision. Because the country’s development need those universities students. However, I think this bias is quite flawed. Government should balance its budget on both very young children and universities.

First and foremost, young children need more attention during this days. Their parents go out for work and they might be sent to nursery school. And if government don’t give enough money to those schools, the school might can’t afford to hire more teacher. As a result, young children can’t receive good care and might not build up a healthy diet. For example, when I was young, my parents sent me to a nursery school because they have to work and don’t have time to take care of me. And the nursery school is very poor, we don’t have a playground and we have to stay in the classroom during all day. I feel unhappy to go to school. Finally, my mother quite the job and bring me back home. Actually, the government’s decision has a bad influence on young children’s grow, and it won’t help the country become successful.

Secondly, the government give a lot of money to universities. It is true that university’s operation need much money. Universities require money to employ good teachers. They plant many trees and flowers in the school in order to give students a beautiful campus. However, I find government give universities much more money than they need. And it makes universities hire too much staff and workers which they don’t need and waste much money. What’s more, the university build too much classroom and some of those might be used once a year. Last but not least, some people take the money away and use for their personal need. In addition, the universities should learn to save the money and government should cut their budget.

All in all, the government should balance its budget toward very young children and universities. The very young children’s grow require government’s attention. In order for young children to get good care, more money must give to them and government should help nursery school to hire more teacher and support their effort to improve their campus condition. If government balance its budget, I think the children would grow up more happily and the country would be more successful.
