Do you agree or disagree with the followingstatement?

The way a person dresses is agood indication of his or her personality or character.

In the modern society, the way people dresshas varied strikingly. People tend to have more choices of choosing cloth’sstyle. The problem that whether the way of dressing can be a good indication ofpeople’s personality and character evokes extensive discussions. Some peoplesupport that the way of people’s wearing largely depends on the socialposition, the occasions attended and the trends of fashion, therefore, it isdifficult to find the personal character through the clothes. However, have youever seen the people in the same social status or with same occupation wore thesame cloth all the time? Each people have their own dressing style which significantlyassociated with their personality.

Initially, a saying goes that apparel isthe second skin of human beings. During the process of interpersonalcommunication, the primary impression of a people is come from the dressingstyle. Many experts point out that a personal’s dressing can reflects thecharacter, the style even the natural quality. For instance, according to theresearch, the people who like to wear liberally and unostentatiously usuallyhave the mild manner, good nature and high responsibility.  The person who likes dressing up themselves inthe single style tends to have a bright character and forthright quality. However,the people who like to chase fashion usually have no personal idea and clearaesthetics. Moreover, a person with the sloppy apparel always lack of clearlogic and thoughtful thinking.

Further, there is no denying that thetendency of choosing color of clothes can also show some parts of human’spersonality. Most of us have this kind of experience that, the people in black usuallygive others a mysterious impression, the people in red tend to have a badtemper but also have the enthusiasm to everything, the people in green havestrong moral sense and easy to talk with. It is undoubtedly that people withdifferent personality prefers special color. Though the color preference cannotdirectly confirm the personality of a person, it can be a useful referencefactor to define a person’s intrinsic quality.

Last but not least, the way a persondresses can even show the person’s attitude. It is universal acknowledged thatthe special occasions need appropriate dress, which can show the respect to thehost and other guests.  If the invented persongoes to the important occasions with the Slovenly dress, it would be unciviland express that this person is indifference of this appointment. With analyzingthis kind of attitude, we can identify some secret about the person’spersonality and the native character.

Granted, identifying the personality fromthe dressing is not much accurate, and it is also a profound science need to belearned about. However, we cannot deny or query the utility that judge a person’snative character through their dressing style. In fact, if you wildly browsethe relative information, you will find that how to dress is an important branchof success science and increasingly be used in daily life.

The lecture apparently disputes the points illustrated in the reading material. According to the passage, the author recommends that people in today's society read far less literature than they used to, and for this reason, the trend has unfortunate effects for the reading public. However, yet none of them regard in the eye of the lecture.

First of all, the professor claims that the author of the article misunderstand that not only the literature is good for people to read, such as scientific fictions and some other kinds of book can also be seem as the high quality  works.  In contrast, the reading passage points out that the book reading has been generally declined so that the reading public is missing out on important benefits. So the lecture totally disagrees with the view made in the reading passage.

Second, the passage demonstrates that diverting time previously spent in reading literature to trivial forms of entertainment has lowered the level of culture in general. In the lecture, the professor admits that even if it is true that the public is reading fewer books and watching more television and films instead, it does not necessarily mean that culture is in decline. Instead, they are also intellectually stimulating and directly relevant to contemporary life.

Finally, the passage raises the issue that the writing as well as the reading of literature is likely to decline due to the readers' poor standards. The professor opposes to the writer's expectation. He asserts that a decline in audience and support of literature in today’s society, but she attributes it to the authors themselves, who have alienated themselves from the reading public by using overly complex language. Therefore, the content of the professor’s speech explicitly contradicts what the passage says.

In conclusion, the point made in the lecture contracts with what is presented in the reading material. The professor admits a decline in audience and support of literature in today’s society, but she attributes it to the authors themselves, who have alienated themselves from the reading public by using overly complex language. The reading, however, blames the lowering standards of the public for the declining interest in reading great works of literature.

我也觉得论证方面挺欠缺的 但是又想不到具体的例子支撑 你有没有什么建议呢？
