3次gmat最高680，现在某外资投行，2012年8月入职，想申mba

本科为非清华北大的985，平均分77，具体GPA不知道（估计不到3.0），3次gmat最高680，不想再考了，没功夫了，托福还没考（想以115为目标，尽量往高了考），想在今年下半年申请北美或有英国mba，当然学校越好越好。。。。。

本人资质不行，在外资投行混不下去了，想出国整个好学历，然后回到投行有个长久发展
曾经幻想一气干到senior，但后来发现真的不行，教育背景不行和几次无心过失，再加上一点性格原因导致如今被忽略，被视。。。。。。。。

大牛们支招。。。。。如何是好。。。。困境中。。。。。。。

Why are you in troubles?? You have a good job!

So everything will be allright. The first thing you need to think about is what your goals are. Only when you have decided what you want to do, can we figure out where you should go to study an MBA, although in general the rule of thumb would be to get into the best school you can get into. I would say that in the US your sweet spot would be in the "Tier 2" schools ranked somewhere between about 20-50. In Europe, any school outside the top 3 will be possible for you.

In the meanwhile just get a great score on that TOEFL!

我出去就是为了提高资质，具体的不方便说得太清楚，但相信出国去念mba对我是一个正确的决定
