The increase in the amount of litter and vandalism could result from the increase of population or cutback in environmental project and not necessarily has anything to do with skateboard users. And if the increase in the amount of litter and vandalism is not caused by skateboard users, then the argument would be weakened. However, if it is, then the argument would be strengthened.
