HBS Financial Aid - $44K Fellowship

HBS的Financial Aid Decision需要提交过往三年收入及纳税证明，total personal assets，邮件提交，用了三天就出来了。

今天收到邮件如下:
Dear Helen,
Thank you for submitting your materials for financial aid. We have done an estimated financial aid package for you per your request.
The estimated financial aid package for your first year is:
HBS Fellowship

44,200
Loan Need: $48,300, or $29,550 using all of the funds on your Certificate of Finances
You are eligible for HBS Fellowship.If your financial situation is largely the same, then you can expect $45,900 in HBS Fellowship in the second year, but you must re-apply for second-year aid next spring in order to confirm this award.
PS: 学校之前的Financial aid webinar里面一个公式很清楚：Fellowship = Tuition - Personal Available source of funds - Loan
结论：钱不是问题，学校越好，越财大气粗。不要因为钱的问题不申请。只要能拿到，怎么招学校都能让你上的起。
