出租房子麻省伍斯特城 靠近WPI

One bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment for rent. Rent is $400/month. Apartment is 5-10 minutes walk from WPI. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and located in one of the safest area near WPI. My neighbors are all wealthy native American. No gangs nearby. Free private washer included. Heat system is great. No little friends in the room. Hardwood floor. Roommates are two Chinese girls who are also WPI students. There is 1 Parking space for you in the back yard, a garage and free off-street parking. There is a big desk in the bedroom.The dining room is huge. All the accessories in the kitchen and restroom are available. The apartment will be avaible in Dec. It will take you $450-500 per month in winter(all the facilities included).

这个变化比较大的。首先季节。冬天的话这个就是这个价格，因为冬天需要有暖气，如果平时夏天的话，450左右一下已经可以解决所有问题了... 另外还有习惯问题。这个列出来的价格是那位同学使用的情况，习惯不一样，可能价格也会有不一样的。照片我可以发给你，或者你也可以发只猫给上面写的email。他会知道更多地详情，也会发照片给你的... 因为我只是帮他发一下，他现在比较忙，没办法上CD...
