OG上给的答案是B，但是我觉得B中work是可数名词，只能代表lliad这个作品而不能代表translation这项工作，从而句意就存在问题了吧？
我选的是E，我觉得这里就可以把work理解为lliad这个作品了，而且句意也很明确~
真心请教各位~~~马上要上战场的人桑不起啊~~~

问一下，为什么D选项中换成BEGAN TRANSLATING THE LLIAD, A WORK就是修饰LLIAD了，而BEGAN HIS TRANSLATION OF THE LLIAD, A WORK就代表修饰LLIAD了？谢～～

额？是不是同位语前面都要加冠词？
如果不是，这里work前面有冠词，那么work不能作“工作”讲，只能作“著作”，于是乎前面的translation只能作“译文”讲。。。
这样理解对不对？真纠结。。

当然是translation=work，同位语啊。。。。。。。。。

完成的应该是translation吧~
把translation理解为“译文”不理解为“翻译（一项工作）”的话，那么work前面就可以加冠词了吧~
我这么说服自己滴。。。

我表示把translation理解为“翻译”这项工作了，看来应该理解为“译文”才对~
