 谢谢回答       逗号后面Ving优先修饰主语， 如果要修饰离他最近的n就不加逗号了
至于with 是独立主格 表补充说明 或者 伴随状态 吗
在我意识里 好像with 只有介词 通过某种工具干某事 和 独立主格的用法

我觉得可以这样理解：
having 引导句 从来都是修饰主语 这句话主语就是A OF B里的A： structure
with 相比之下 这里的with是介词短语 不是独立主格  感觉优先修饰靠近的词 也就是A OF B里的B：eye

我就是感觉with做介词短语的时候，比较修饰“紧密”..也不知道怎么描述这种感觉
