Even though her career was cut short when she was in her prime and the fifteen recordings she made were disappointing artistically as well as technically, Olive Fremstad (1871-1951) has never been entirely forgotten by opera aficionados.

S+V1+O1 and pronoun(指代S)+V2+O2. 被OG10 列为run-on sentence。

A comma is not enough to join two main clauses. A sentence that violates this rule is called a Run-on Sentence.
或者svo and vo.
A选项,姑且称之为原文吧,想说的是学者们长期以来认为 他是一个superb draftsman and a remarkably versatile artist 后面who引导的从句是进一步修饰 a remarkably versatile artist 的,也就是说这两个结构是从属关系,地位不相同。如果选D的话,and是并列连词,将会使原本who引导的从句(次一级重要性,与superb draftsman and a remarkably versatile artist 相比是进一步修饰)与 recognized him as a superb draftsman and a remarkably versatile artist 变成并列关系,改变了句子的重心,所以不对~这样的话选C是最尊重原文的

就只能A, and B或者A;B。A and B就不行了。

Run-on sentence.
run-on sentence 连写句:
