打算要么不读，要么FULL-TIME. PART-TIME 很辛苦啊。

可是前提是你有交税，才能退税啊。full-time读书的时候，学生一般没有收入，就不用交税，也就无法要求退税了。

再添一句full time mba 也可以！

If your parents help you pay for the MBA, better sign a loan contract with you parents and get it notarized. That's a proof IRS will accept. Loan is not taxable!

关键是父母要有向美国交税才能file return啊。如果父母都在中国，学生读full-time MBA期间没有收入，自然不用交税，就无法要求退税了。
