模考argument,求拍

今天很郁闷，第一次做模考，V竟然只有450~550分，Q750~800，也不知道这区间什么意思，为什么不是一个固定的分数，可怜兮兮的分数，argument也没写完，希望大家给拍拍

In the argument the business manager recommend that in order to attract more viewers to the program and to avoid losing any further advertising revenues, they should restore the time devoted to weather and local news to its formal level. To support the assertion the manager first points out that most of the complaints received from viewers were concerned with their station's coverage of weather and local news. In addition the manager also claims that local business that used to advertise during their late-night news program have just canceled their advertising contracts with them .However, I find this argument suspicious on several grounds due to its inadequate evidences.


One, the manager provide no clear evidence about the detailed numbers of complaints about the weather and local news before and after and numbers of viewers who have complaints. It is entirely possible that before the program changed their weather and local news time, there are much more complaints about the weather and local news, and compared with the former level of the coverage of the weather and local news, the present national news receives much less complaints. In addition, even if the complaints about the weather and local news are much more than before, it is also possible that only a small number of viewers have complaints and they just repeatedly complain the same information for their complaints do not work. So without detailed and clear information about the quantity of complaints before and after the change and viewers who have a complaint, the assumption that people are not satisfied with the new program and the viewer would have a decrease is not unpersuasive.


Two, even if there are more people to complain the decreased weather and local coverage, there are no sufficient evidence about the number of present viewers watching the national news and former viewers watching weather and local news to justify the assumption that after restoring the weather and local news time viewers would have an increase. Though there are more complains about revised program, however, it does not mean that all the people do not like the revised program. it is entirely likely that the quantity of viewers is much more than before and the revised program is much more popular than the former program. Once they restore the time of weather and local news to the former level, there might be a drop about the viewers. Thus, without showing clearly about the present and former viewer numbers, the recommendation is still unadvisable.


And finally, the manager should provide the evidence that the reason why the local business have just canceled their advertising contracts, which can strengthen the assumption that if they restore the time devoted to weather and local news to its former level, they would avoid losing further advertising revenues. It is possible that the business canceled the contracts just because in the recent years their sales are not good, and they have no enough money to afford the advertising revenues, though they really want to continue their contracts with the late-news program. Thus, there are no necessary realations between the canceling of the contracts and the decrease of the weather and local news coverage. Moreover, it is also possible that the business put their advertisements on the programs of other time, perhaps they think that there would be more viewers to see the daytime news. Thus, restoring the weather and local news time would not be helpful to avoid losing any further advertising news. Therefore, without ruling out these possibilities, the recommendation is ill-conceived

整体还好，模考其实就是一个摸底的作用，知道自己哪里没做好，分数你就都取中间值吧，之前考试也是出的区间形式。
