宝洁财务MT和戴尔财务MToffer

本人国内211，985会计本科，今年大四拿到了两个喜欢的offer, 但不知道如何抉择。有打算工作5年后出去读MBA，希望各位论坛的大牛们帮忙就职业发展和MBA申请的两个方面都分析一下。不胜感激！
btw, 宝洁是2年rotation一次，短期内应该没有oversea assignment
戴尔招的人比较少，是前两年每半年rotation一次，第二年开始有oversea assignment机会，第三第四年都是做internal audit&transformation（都是oversea）

As a P&G people, I will say P&G finance do not have any oversea experience for at least 4-5 years however you still have plenty working experience with foreign colleagues. Besides, as I know, many P&G finance got top MBA offers before and P&G reputation worths a lot in the business world.

海外经验确实不是最必要的，宝洁是个很好的平台；不过得好好学习英文就是了~

很多P&G人都拿到top MBA offer，无论他们来自finance，MKT还是CBD。关键看个人，而不在于你来自哪个function.另外其实还想说一句，工作之后你会发现神马rotation其实都是浮云......

嗯嗯，终于认识内行人了！其实财务一直都被定位在supporting department，所以我一直在想无论读不读MBA，What will make my career experience unique？所以就会想到所谓的各种oversea了。。

不要迷信overseas - 我认识的所有P&G的成功申请者都没有overseas experience. 就算是overseas还要看你做什么, supporting function or leading function. 能不能带团队， 工作中能不能发挥创造性，能不能接触核心生意。做corporate finance离核心生意越远（比如auditing/control什么的)，工作越机械，其价值就越难被认可。

我和P&G F&A很多同事工作过，F&A是P&G较为强势的一个function，它是一个培养未来领导者的组织。 每个analyst在职业初期就被赋予了较大的空间去分析，影响和领导品牌或者渠道的生意。撇开mba不提，这对你未来的职业发展是很有裨益的。 考虑你读MBA的时间。若是5年后读，在PG FA可以做2-3个assignment, 你的职业多元化的目标也可以达到。

P&G吧，brand name在申请Top School上还是蛮有用的
