电话面试照着doc念靠谱吗？

It'll be so obvious if you read or memorize a script. Even more so if you're not a native English speaker.

Just try to exercise the stories you're trying to convey in your head or in mock interviews.


It's like basketball. When you practice alone, you practice shots, lay ups and dribbling repetitively. Once you do that, those moves will naturally come out when you play the real game, in which conditions are more unpredictable. If you just try to repeat those moves like a robot, you'll end up making yourself look like a clown.

只要不被发现就行，但是面试的人挺聪明的，他有的时候会问一些随机的问题，就是测试一下你是否回答的一样流利，如果差别很大，拿他可能觉得你回答流利的那部分是念或者生背下来，不是真实体现。（我被明大面试的时候被问了一个“你认为胡锦涛访美对两国有什么影响”，我觉得就是属于这类打酱油问题。）
