这个表格主要是用来说明你的资金来源，有充足的来源，才能让国际生办公室签发I-20.
如果你确认不去UA，那就不用填的，尽快decline。
如果填了之后，拿到I-20，再决定不去，你得把I-20寄回去。I-20是很重要的法律文件
