I am pleased to notify you that the Department of Finance has recommended to the Graduate College that you be admitted to the Master’s of Science in Management, with a concentration in Finance (MMF), program beginning in the Fall semester of 2011.

lease let us know your decision by March 15, 2011 via email. Formal admission is granted by the Graduate College, and you will receive official notification of admittance from them.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying all fees associated with the MMF program. Tuition is approximately $40,940 for out-of-state residents for the one calendar year program. A Financial Guarantee form must be submitted to the Graduate College should you accept our offer of admittance. All immigration paperwork (I-20) is processed through the Graduate College, not the Finance Department, and any questions you have regarding this should be directed to them.

If you accept our offer of admittance, it is suggested that you try to arrive in Tucson at least two weeks prior to the start of the fall semester to allow time to find an apartment, get acquainted with the campus and city, etc. The UA Graduate College will advise you of registration, start of school dates and required orientation for international students, the first of which occurs on August 11, 2011.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will be in touch with you to advise you of any other mandatory Graduate College requirements and/or pertinent information and specific details of the summer preparation course requirements described above.
