9月底考的GMAT，自己复习一个月~730+5考前一个星期自己整理了两个模板，觉得很简单实用，很好记，给大家参考下吧。


AA
The conclusion of this argument is that....To support the conclusion, the arguer based his claim by citing the fact that....Moreover, he also reasons that....Although the argument seems plausible at first glance, it is highly dubious because it commits several logical mistakes which are addressed below.


(Survey is doubtful;Insufficient sample...与调查有关的错误）
To begin with, a threshold problem is that the poll cited by the author is too vague to be informative because it does not indicate when, who, where, how,etc. Until these questions are answered, the results of the survey are unacceptable.
The statistics from only a few years are not necessarily a good indicator of the future trends. Unless it can be shown that A1 is representative of all A. In fact, in face of such limited evidence, the conclusion thus is completely unwarranted.


(Causal oversimplification; Based on a false analogy; All things are equal; Either-or-Choice...推理比较类错误）
Next...In any case, the author has failed to demonstrate a logical connection between....Without this connection, the conclusion that...is highly unacceptable.


(Gratuitous Assumption前提假设类错误）
Finally, the arguer assumes that....However, this gratuitous assumption is obviously unwarranted since there is no evidence stated in the argument to support it. If it turns out, for instance, that....Without information regarding....the argument itself is very weak.


In summary, the reasoning of this argument is not compelling as it stands. Accordingly, it is imprudent for the author to claim that. To make the argument more convincing, the arguer would have to provide more specific evidences to demonstrate that....In addition, the alternative possibilities that might undermine the conclusion are better to be ruled out to further substantiate the argument.

Paraphrase the topic...Despite there remains some disagreement concerning whether the overall effect (negative, positive). Personally, I intend to contend that....There are primary two reasons supporting this claim which I will address below.


First of all, it is an undeniable fact that....To be more specific, ....in terms .....Admittedly, it is possible that..., I believe it is true to some extent. However, more than often,..., the long term effect....


Secondly and more importantly, though,.... In earlier times,..., but now, more and more facts indicate that.... In other words, while..., nonetheless, I would argue that....(In stark contrast, however,...)
