问个问题，professional letter of recommendation是不是必须是学校教授？

如题，就理解成实习领导是不行的对不对？
还有，这个UTD的MSA申请费要交50还是100啊？网站上说的credential application fee用交吗？
DIY细节的地方真是多啊，只能求教各位啦~拜谢
