求助! 关于推荐人选择.

我选了以前国内最后一个公司的GM, 还有加拿大工作的最后一个公司的BOSS,但是加拿大这个推荐人开始答应的很好, 现在总不回应我的邮件和电话. 很担心,可能因为他对我的辞职很不爽. 打算换推荐人, 但只有一个同事可选, 而且比较信任. 其他部门的manager都很泛泛, 没有深交. 大家帮出出主意, 用同事可不可以呢? 多谢了.

楼主可能想多了,你老板干吗要不爽你辞职? 只要你没亏欠或者盗用公司资料,基本不管你. 你有更好的发展离开,貌似NONE OF HIS BUSINESS嘛

Well this is a tough question.  You are looking at two bad scenarios—I wouldn’t recommend either one.  But it sounds as though I have two choices:
1)      Go with a recommender who may write something negative
2)      Go with a recommender who is a peer
Given the choice between the two, I would select #2.  A negative rec will work AGAINST your application.  But a peer rec will simply not help.  L  Honestly, I would try to avoid both…
