真心希望大家参谋一下这几个学校的finance phd program的取舍

请教大家觉得Uconn, U of Arizona, Rutgers U, UWO, Univ of Oklahoma and Temple的phd program in finance 那个比较好那？谢谢了。

Rutgers 的Finance PhD所在的校区很不安全，完全就是黑人区。。。我去年去过一趟，真的觉得挺恐怖的~

if u want to be a faculty afterwards, just look at the placement for ur reference. i think UA has much better placement than rutgers, and others.

UA or Rutgers, the others are not at the same level.

Now, between UA and Rutgers, right now they are 50/50. But Rutgers has a much larger department and more asso/asst profs. These people are "hungry" and want to publish everything they do. So looking forward, it is a plus for Rutgers. Although, keep in mind that here I am talking about something in the future, so you may not agree with my expectation about what will happen.
