It is possible that a retail space with convenient transportation own a higher price than the one that is poor in its traffic development. If this is the case, the claim that price of a retail space inSandida Heights can represent the prices of all the retail spaces is ill founded.

In the second place, a part-owner of a small retail clothing chain unfairly assumes that it is a profitable approach to purchase a retail space in Palm Grove. While Price of chain is a seemingly important element in determining profit, it is hardly the only required factor. This assumption overlooks other critical criteria in determining the profit such as the clothing cost, the transportation fee and marketing gimmicks, and it is possible that choosing Sandida Heights are much more beneficial to the retail clothing chain than choosing Palm Grove because of some elements mentioned before. Therefore, without accounting for these potential factors, the author concludes too hastily that it would be in our financial interest to purchase a retail space in Palm Grove rather than in Sandida Heights.
