申请Wharton的童鞋们，大家写不写fellowship essay啊？不写的话，是不是不被考虑在fellowship candidate之中啊？学校网站上是说：All applications are reviewed by the Fellowship Committee to identify and select the best recipients.
I read the requirements again, seems indeed it's the same deadline. No need to bother adcom for this obvious requirement, I will try my best get it done. Thanks Jason.
I don't want to put words in the adcom's mouth- I suggest you contact them directly. I would imagine that they will say that this has been the requirement on the application from the start, and that a deadline is a deadline. But again, go ahead and contact them.
PS, since you're not the only one with this concern, it'd be great if you could post the result here so others know too.
Hi Jason, Due to the tight deadline of a few schools, I don't think I would have time to finish the two scholarship essays well before application deadline. Can I indicate my needs for scholarship and submit it 2 weeks later? Thanks a lot!
topmba> The idea is probably that, through your choice of designing your own fellowship, you reveal what it is that you value most. I did not write this when I applied- this is a new thing. Previously, you submit this after being accepted.
