ban在这里是名词，D和E中加了that是bans的同位语吧，OG上的解释说cannot following bans is illogical，想问问，如果要表达ban的同位语的话表示禁止什么不能用cannot吗？ 应该如何表达？

同位语和搭配无关，同位语只是解释前面的成分(包括名词)用的。
这里Prohibiting不是同位语，是定语...
可以想象一下我们国家的禁令措辞，ban后面要跟ban的具体内容，而不会说奇怪地说"不能做什么"。所以跟cannot是illogical的。即便没有想到这点也可以发现有了ban了，后面没必要用cannot，是累赘的.

查了下牛津字典ban，上面只有ban作n.只给出了ban on sth 的用法。至于同位语没有看到有用的。
