No need to retake GMAT. It's enough to get into Wharton, Harvard... Essay is much more important, since this is the only way to diffrentiate you from other applicants, neither GMAT nor AWA.

BTW, who the heck cares AWA score?

given your rich management experience, 720 is enough to get into Top 20 bschools.

AWA score is not important -- when did you see any bschool post its average AWA score? So, relax and spend more time on your essays.

LZ是嫌作文低？不然早就知道前面的成绩也不会现在觉得急，其实完全足够了，只是LZ12年工作经验还做过外企管理去读前20 MBA,个人觉得不是很必要。。。而且考GMAT也不是什么急的事吧。。。
