Different people hold different view due to their respective angles. On the one hand, as is well-known and has often been advocate, a lots of offensive language and behavior will effect the children and young people; on the other hand, other probably insist that everybody has the right to face the real world and know the truth since they are really happened. We do not have to look very far to see the valid standpoint of this matter. In the follow analysis, I would like to reason and provide evidence favoring the later one and refuting the former one. In the first place, the important reason that can be presented to develop my position is that the TV and radio programs are public media for everyone in this country; it means they are not just have responsibility to care the child and young people even if they are very important part in the society. In fact, I believe that the biggest audiences of the TV and radio programs are the adult and they already have their own value and know how to distinguish those offensive language and behaviors. In addition, there is another reason for me to choose the later consider the former statement to be wrong. The reason is not far to seek: standard. What is mean of offensive language and behaviors? There are very clear and only one standard or not? What kind of standard can be accepted for every one? The people who have different background and value can distinguish that standard by themselves; we can not ask them to accept the only one standard that had been made by a few people. To illustrate, there is a country just has one kind of TV and radio programs, they always say the same words and show the same picture, it is so ridiculous. Admittedly, there is no denying that the offensive language and radio programs will make some bad influence on kids and young people, but we can set up the programs sound schedule and avoid the kids and young people to see or to hear such programs. Consequently, I advocate that the TV and radio programs should not be censored for offensive language and behavior, because the responsibility of the media would service all people in the country; and people always differ widely in the opinions of the standard. Due to the above-mentioned reasons, which sometimes intertwine to form an organic whole and thus become more persuasive, we may safely arrive at the conclusion I support.
