看不太懂……=_=……是要写为何选择这个职业么？还是写career plan？中间那句“whether you are entering the business world for the first time, changing fields, or advancing in a field or organization where you expect to remain”，不太明白是什么意思……是说你是一开始就做这行，改变方向来做这行还是有特别想要去的企业所以来做这行么？
