In companies, sometimes the employees will do a really good job to the company, such as increase the beneficial of the company. The leaders of these companies always looking for good ways to encourage the employees keep doing a good job. They sometimes increase their salaries or promote there working positions. But these are not the only way that you can encourage the employees. Other ways such as some good words can also make them work harder and do a better job. When the employees do a really good job, the employer can give him some good words to encourage them, such as say: you really did a good work, keep going and show us more of your abilities. These easy words can make the employees feel good about themselves and can give the employees a kind of feeling that the employer believe in them and hope them to do a better job. To some employees, money is not the most important thing to them, some workers got a lot of money in their families before they attend to the job, therefore, they are not working for money, they are just working for entertainment. Some praised words from the employer make them feel confident about themselves and make them feel more interested in their job. Encourage words make people keep going ahead and encourage them to find new fields in a certain position. Actually, a lot of scientists are made of encourage and spirit instead of money. The relationship between a employee and employer can be thought as the relationship between a student and a professor, usually, when a student do a better work, some encourage sentence from the teacher is better than offer him some good positions in the class, such as makes him the study leader of the class, and the most important thing is, he may get worth if you just offer him some good staffs. In usually, most people do a worth job in a new position than the original one, because when they were moved to a new position, they may have a feeling of they reach the success and they stop thinking and doing a worth job than before. Therefore, an increase in salary or promote a good position for the good workers may not really have a good effect on them; they make them feel proud of themselves and starts falling. Instead, some praised and encourage words can make them confident and interested in their positions and lead to new success. So I personally think that increasing salary or promote a new position is not the only way to reward a good worker.
