Topic:The ability to cooperate well with others is more important today than in the past, agree or disagree?

 

　

Some people argue as if it is a general truth that nowadays the ability to cooperate well with others is more important than in the past. But to be frank, I cannot agree with them. There are numerous reasons why I hold no confidence on them, and I would explore only a few primary ones here.

 

The main problem with this argument is that it is ignorant of the basic fact that a majority of time we are cooperating with others will get rid of our creativity.There is no doubt that cooperate with others means that we have to find one solution which everybody agree with.However,we are individual,we have different thought when we deal with issues,so if it is reduced our creativity when we cooperate well with others?Support that we are cooperate well with others in a factory,a making ice cream factory,will be decreased sales if we have same ideas.Because of creativity benefit us new variety,new taste,new investment market.So creativity is always the most important factor in common life.

 

Another reason why I disagree with the above statement is that I believe that it is wasting time that we cooperate well with others.Cooperate with others,however,we have to unify our minds.That is a waste.And waste time means waste money.In modern society,time is money is our tenet,such as fast-life method ,effective work and so on.Thus,personally,I hold that deal with the problem by yourself is wasting time and earning more money.

 

What is more, some people are interested in the ability to cooperate well with others is more important than in the past. Indeed ,well cooperation carries much weight than individual when we fall across a big difficulty is concerned. Solidarity is power.It would be no dread when we cooperate well with others.And the solution is more universality.However,our efficiencies are reduced,so I don’t agree with that.

 

In a word,I disagree with the ability to cooperate well with others is more important today than in the past.Because if we cooperate well with oters,we will be obliterated our creativities;if we cooperate well with oters,we will lost a great amount of earning money opportunities. To contrast,I prefer to disagree with the ability to cooperate well with others is more important than in the past.
