每年总共约600多人。

A-H八个cluster，
每个cluster60人，秋天入学。另外有J-Term，X,Y,Z三个cluster，一月入学。一年级的时候上核心课程，始终和自己cluster的人在一起。有相关基础的可以参加考试，通过就可以Exempt掉相应的课程，同时省下来的学分可以选修别的课程。

    

J-Term夏天不实习，继续上课，5-8月是一个完整的学期，这样秋天的时候进度就和
cluster A-H
一样了，这时候所有二年级的学生选修自己喜欢的课，不再按cluster上课。

    

学校要求至少有4个学期每个学期修满12个学分以上，总共60个学分才可以毕业。每个学期最多可以修16.5分。12-16.5分学费都一样。一般3分的课每周三个小时（周一/三或周二/四，两次1.5小时或者一次3小时），上满一学期。1.5分的课只上半学期。

    

成绩分三档，H(honor,top 15%), HP (high pass) and P (pass, bottom
15%).
一般只要去上课，发言，考试都能过。我个人不重视成绩。面试也没有人问。学校也不向公司提供成绩单。

    

选修是通过一个网上投标系统。每个学生总共有12000点的样子，有一些奖励什么的调整，幅度很小。学期快结束的时候开始下学期选修投标。所有课程时间、
教授、学生额度（少的不到20人，多的200+人，一般60人左右，由教授定）、前两年学生对该课程或教授的评价和投标的情况等等一一罗列。共五轮，每轮
截止前任何时候都可以修改投标，但只有第一天可以drop以前投得的课程。Winneres
pay the lowest-sealed price. 
最后还有一轮是bidding on waitlist。
学期开始还可以drop/add, 
如果有座位空出来由waitlist上的人顺序递补。

    

我知道的最贵的课是这学期Top Management
Process，成功的bid中最低的是8500左右。这门课和High Performance
Leadership一道是最好的两门关于general
management的选修课，座位都只有60，High Performance
Leadership一学期开两个Session。很多人（包括我）因为害怕High

个人认为学校最有代表意义的是Value Investing 和 Economics of
Strategic Behavior.  老师都是 Bruce Greenwald，
